One person wearing a white sweatshirt had his right arm hidden underneath it instead of in the sleeve. The suspect is then seen lifting up the sweatshirt to reveal a gun in his right hand, which he fired several times toward a group of people standing in the distance near some parking spots along Del Paso Boulevard.

Officers said they found two adult victims at an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

In addition, police said a 1-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy were injured.

"We’ve got two juveniles hit. Looks to be non-life threatening. They're grazed," an officer on the scene was heard saying over dispatch audio.

Sacramento police said the investigation is still in its early stages and they have not made any arrests yet.
